He was more nervous than I expected. The plane was very loud and he was really trying to take it all in...
We saw three planes take off as we were literally a field back from the runway.
Holding Mimi's hand. She sure is special to Eli.Eli got the surprise of his life this past Saturday when we took him out to the airport to see Pop-Pop's plane. Pop-Pop belongs to Mac, but he was so gracious to share him with us! Eli is obsessed with airplanes. Uncle Evan noted this past weekend that he can spot one no matter how tiny they are in the sky...Eli didn't actually leave the ground but he did take several trips around the tarmac. Here are a few pics from our special field trip!!

those are so cute..i am so glad that you could join in on the fun...the boys had a blast! you guys are welcome anytime..maybe next time we can see more planes!
