Best Buds

Mac sure has been a good friend to Eli. Even though Mac is three months older, they really play well together and seem to enjoy each other's company. They seem to recognize each other now and understand the idea of sharing toys...We think they are so sweet! Here they are at the library this week for story time.

Eli sure does love his Daddy! He definitely gets excited in the afternoons when J gets home from work. It is so much fun to see how they interact compared to my relationship with Eli. I know their bond will only strengthen when the new little boy comes in just a few weeks...

Eli is growing up so fast! We can't believe how much he is changing every day. He is starting to really pay attention to details and try to process everything we are doing. He's getting into everything!

diaper dandy...

Eli has a new favorite sound. He has recently become enthralled with hearing the velcro on his diaper rip away from the cotton. Tonight we watched him struggle with the removal of his diaper for about 20 minutes. That's an eternity in baby time...He worked and worked as he crawled all through the house at getting that second side released so the diaper would go away. What a sight!

Eli helped G-Ma celebrate her birthday this past weekend with a special dinner with family. He spent the day with his Daddy so we could have a girl's afternoon out...somehow in the midst of the afternoon Jordan ended up in his crib. They both look thrilled...
